Default Problem running game

Several months ago I downloaded the trial version of your software from Big Fish Games. I absolutely loved the game, but I don't usually make those types of purchases. Since then I downloaded the demo from your website and was hooked. I purchased the game from Big Fish Games. I can play the challenge mode and the puzzle mode. However, when I choose to play the journey mode, the game locks up and I receive an error. Error: Access violation at 0x004896C2 (tried to write to 0x05FE5000), program terminated. I have contacted the customer service team at Big Fish Games and they told me it was a problem with my anti-virus software. I have contacted McAfee. According to them, it's not my anti-virus software. Is there anyone that can help me with this problem? I really do love the game and only want to be able to play it.
